The lyrics were originally supposed to be about an alien looking at earth and thinking humans are intriguing (like how we bury bodies), but then falls in love with Maxine. But I got a bit caried away I think.

Also, apparently I pronounce 'bury' weirdly??

I choose the name Maxine because in my opinion it sounds cool. It's standardly a female name, but I think it has masculine undertones(?) to it.

Both the cover art are women from Playboy magazine covers from like the 60s or 70s.
